Terrible customer service. Make you feel very unwelcome. They pretend to be a premium place when they serve you generic brands for drinks…. They kicked us out from the pool in front of everyone after one of their servers confirmed to us that we could go there as long as we ordered food, which we did. They later came back to their word saying we needed to eat for at least 15€ per person. Some of us had taken starters so it wasn’t enough. It’s perfectly fine to have minimum spend but we asked before and they had confirmed we could go. What an aweful way to treat people in public. If a mistake comes from your staff, fix it, and discretely. The manager was very condescending. I’ve traveled to many many places, don’t bother, tarifa has much nicer...

Expensive, inflexible and unfriendly. Don't know how to sum it up better. We called for four beds to spend the day and when we arrived they had only two and it was plastic beds. We also couldn't eat there but had to go to a table up in the restaurant. Just to add: the Toilette didn't flush and you couldn't lock it. It's very expensive for Spain and the food was okayish and drinks were expensive. They don't have Sangria?!?!! When we ordered tacos there were three on the plate, when we asked for four they were not able to provide that (even after we offered to pay up off course). Probably if you come and drink some bottles of champagne and vodka they decide to treat you good.... Just go to any other beach club nearby. Only + they...

Leyendo comentarios de usuarios del sitio, dicen que no cobran el poder hacer uso de la piscina? Ayer me querían cobrar por cada hamaca 10 euros por persona y la bebida a parte. Total por echar la tarde, pedimos dos cócteles lo cual no tenia ni sabor y sabia agua, decidimos comentarlo al personal, cosa que me dijo que la próxima lo comentara antes por que la copa estaba medio vacía , cuando solo le di dos sorbidos por que no me creía que no tuviera nada de sabor, total que nos dicen que nos lo vuelven a poner y mi sorpresa solo me ponen una copa por que dicen que la otra estaba vacía , cuando era mentira. Mi sorpresa es que le pregunto al encargado donde está la otra copa? Y me mira riéndose diciendo que no hay otra copa por que una de ella que le lleve por que no tenia nada de sabor estaba vacía. Todo eso con las miradas de las camareras y el coctelero mirando mal , y le pedi al encargado que por favor me diera hoja de reclamaciones y me mira y se ríe y se va, luego viene el dueño y me pregunta qué ocurre, le explico un poco lo ocurrido, pero que por favor me dé hoja de reclamación que no me a gustado el trato que hemos tenido por parte de sus trabajadores, que encima de no tratar bien y con risas, iban contándole a los clientes riéndose lo que pasaba. Mi sorpresa es que no tienen hojas de reclamaciónes… Un local abierto sin tener hojas de reclamaciones? Trabajo como ellos en el mismo gremio y mi día libre me lo dieron, de vergüenza los trabajadores. Y por lo que veo en comentarios anteriores a mucha gente les tratan igual de mal. De vergüenza el trato. Por último quería recalcar que las medidas covi no las cumplen por que nos pusieron Justo pegados con otra pareja que la hamaca estaba separada...
