Restaurante Almacén — Restaurant in Tarifa

Great food let down by service. We enjoyed pretty much every item we ordered. It's a great location to just chill and very convenient if you took a ferry from Tanger, Morocco for the day like we did.

While we were eating, the waiter sternly reminded us to order everything right away because we're making him have to walk back and forth to bring more items. We are paying customers and not a part of the decision making process to only staff one waiter for the whole restaurant that afternoon.

We weren't being rude, it's like tapas and we have a group of 6 so we just wanted more food. But after he talked to us about that, we lost our appetite, paid for our food and just left. What a shame. I feel sorry for the kitchen staff who does a great job but are let down by a rude front man.

They do not have any nice seafood dish that would not be fried. The fish is fried in the same oil as french fries.

Even when menu says grilled tuna it is actually fried. But at least as we asked for gluten free dishes, they warned us upfront.

It takes very long time to be served even when the place is almost empty. We were five and those served first were long time finished while others were still waiting or food.

Crappy cheap unstable tables highlight the atmosphere.

Cost of food is too high for what you get - it is quite nice but portions are small (no indication of weight of meet). Not even enough for an eight years old or...

The experience was very average. Nothing to fully satisfy your taste buds or longing for a magical night in Tarifa. Way too overpriced for the quality we were served with. The staff seemed to be really friendly, however, oddly enough none of the friendliness was directed at us. I'd call it pointedly ignorant towards customers who in the end are leaving their money there, aren't they? Maybe the waiting time wasn't too excessive, but the experience you get is adequate.
