Restaurante Mic Moc — Restaurant in Tarifa

Okay, we're the second day. Food is really very good, honestly. But I feel sad for the very friendly belgium waitress, who has to serve more than 50 guests !!! Alone ! Too much stress ! She is still so friendly to all customers and handles all this in a perfect and quick delivery of all ordered dishes. How can the owner of this restaurant tolerate this? Everybody who's working in this business knows that 1 waiter for a maximum of 25 guests is tolerable. I can't understand the owner of this restaurant ! That's the reason why I give only 4 stars. The owner should know about this. He or she has to hire much more staff. But if the owner answers my complaint with an understandable answer, I'll upgrade this review to 5 stars. The grilled tuna menu took an hour and when I asked, the employee responded that it was homemade and couldn't be helped. So I said to her it is better that you notice to people that it would take a long time before ordering, the employee said that everyone was waiting like that. Since then, when she brought me food, the attitude of the employee became cold, and she didn't even ask me when she asked all others how the food was. The waiter seemed angry with me.(even if the angry one had to me) There were two employees in there and the other employee was nice but I felt angry about the main employee's attitude. went back there for cheesecake especially, as tried it once and loved its special texture. Unfortunately this time the flavor was similar while the service was quite disappointed--- 40 minutes waiting there just for a cheesecake... it's something pre-prepared, just need a little bit decoration to serve... I absolutely understand it could be a rush hour, but took such a long time to serve, could be some problem... or probably just cuz we didn't order formal dishes...
