Great food very tasteful, good atmosphere and good service. Apperceive at first due to bad reviews But completely disagree with all the negative reviews. Food is great, all taste fresh and is tasty. We ordered lots of different things. Chicken dishes were all fantastic, recommend the sweet and sour chicken. Veggie options were good, the broccoli was great. Rice dishes were great. The staff don’t speak great English so just remained patient. They were never rude or dismissive. I’m sad this place seems to have a bad reputation, me and my family really enjoyed the food and our time at Restaurante Chino Ni Hao.

Waitress was efficient and gave good service. This could be considered rude by some but isn't. She was great with my 2 year old and the chicken nuggets were a hit with him. We ordered from menú del día, which is good value around 11. 50€ at the time (starter, main with rice or noodles, drink, and desert or coffee with generous complimentary digestif). Food was only mediocre, suited to a blander palate, perhaps. Food from à la carte could possibly be nicer.

La comida está bien. En especial el saté de pollo con salsa de cacahuete. También probamos familia feliz y alguna cosa más. ¿Por qué retiro dos estrellas? Por el servicio. Explico: Nos sentamos, medio día entre semana. Decimos que queremos comer de menú. Nos pregunta bebida. Queríamos cerveza. Nos da a elegir entre dos marcas. Cogemos una. Nos las trae. Segundos después nos dice qué queremos de comer. Decimos menú. Y lo primero que nos dice es que "esa cerveza no entra en el menú" y por tanto nos la cobra aparte. ¡Pues dímelo antes! Luego, hay como dos tipos de menú del día, por ahí hay alguna foto de los mismos: los normales y los grandes. Los grandes tienen más platos principales para elegir, y un entrante más por persons que el normal. En la carta para nosotros figuraba CLARAMENTE que era así. Bueno pues la camarera se empeñó en decirnos que sólo entraban dos entrantes por menú, en lugar de tres. Como hay barrera lingüística entre el idioma de la camarera y el nuestro, es difícil expresar estas cosas en directo y hacerte entender. Y lo entiendo. Pero es que sentí que me la colaron en la bebida y en el menú. Dos malentendidos dudosos, los dos en detrimento del cliente. Luego me invitaron a chupito como es de rigor en estos restaurantes e insisto, la comida estaba buena. Pero la situación que se generó fue incómoda.

Complete lack of staff. The only woman serving was rushed off her feet. Waited over 30 mins before our drinks arrived, food over an hour. Mediocre starters- Mini spring rolls and duck pancakes. Mains un-edible- Chinese curry and sweet and sour. Fried noodles where in fact linguine with ham strips in?! So watery, no taste. We ordered some sides for our kids and they never even turned up! Complete disappointment. Tried to tell the staff member but she didn't want to listen and kept walking away. Do not go here unless you want disappoint...

Dropped in for lunch, for the money we paid, we had a nice meal. Strange as it may seem in a Chinese restaurant, the staff are Chinese :) They were quick and efficient, but I can see why customers might be put off, by thier apparently abrupt approach. I have come across this before. Just put it down to cultural differences! Our crispy duck with pancakes was good, the rice dish was very good, our sweet and sour pork balls were to be honest pretty average, but I would happily go back...
