A group of friends and I came here the service was HORRIBLE! From the get go we could tell the workers didn’t want us there, the waitress told us to order fast or the food would finish… it was 4pm. On top of that we RESERVED a table at 4:30, by the time we got there the table was not sorted out and they acted all surprised when they say a big group of people even though we spoke to them over the phone earlier. Half of the food we wanted to order they didn’t have, they were rude and left before they took all our orders. At the end we asked them to split the order, which is something we usually do at whatever restaurant we go to in Madrid, they denied and the waitress began to SCREAMMMMMM at us. We were very scared as we didn’t understand what was the struggle, my friends who are fluent in Spanish tried to kindly talk to them but they kept on raising their voices us since we aren’t used to such behavior. We searched for a place to eat at exactly the time where most Restaurants where closed luckily this one was opened and it was a glad suprise. When we went in the first thing the owner did was warn us that she doesn't speak english but even with a language barrier we still managed, with the help of the owner, to buy one of the best meals that we've had in Spain. I should also mention that it's not traditional spainish food but rather traditional Colombian food which we've never had before and it was absolutely amazing. The starter, main dish and coffee were all really good and if im ever in toledo I'd gladly come here again because it was really an amazing experience. Adding to that the owner was all in all really kind even if we don't speak the same language, she even gave us a Colombian drink...

We have been there in January and the place is still warm in our memories! Food was extraordinary and the “businesswoman” 😃 stole our hearts. She is doing everything on her own in the restaurant from running it, preparing food and serving. She suggested non-meat option which was outside of menu and which was national dish from Colombia.
