Valinor Café Toledo — Restaurant in Toledo

They served us a hot chocolate with a hair in it. We asked the server if we could get a new one, and he said it was our hair! Haha. It was a blond strand of hair, and we were all black haired individuals. He then proceeded to say that it was a woman's hair and that only men worked in the restaurant while staring at the ladies in our party. The nerve. We argued that 1) it wasn't our hair and 2) we don't care whose hair it is; it is common etiquette to replace that. It barely costs them anything, and we had ordered other items.

He then proceeded to tell us we would be charged for a new one, while unrelenting that the hair was our own fault. Needless to say, we were disgusted by this server's attitude, and we left immediately. Honestly glad it happened, as we probably dodged a huge bullet with the rest...

NEFASTO!

Nada más entrar a desayunar sobe las 10am me dirijo a la señora que estaba en una mesa auxiliar colocando utensilios, para preguntarle si atendían en las mesas o había que pedir en la barra. Su respuesta fue: "tengo primero esas dos mesas, luego una persona en la barra y despues ustedes, y mire, 2 piernas y 2 manos". Estupefacto por la respuesta nos sentamos a esperar y viene un señor a tomarnos nota, nos sirven el desayuno: 2 té verde, un croissant y una barrita con aceite, y a la hora de pagar...

Según la carta, café o infusión con bollería o tostada con aceite 2€.

El señor, un poco desagradable, nos dice que son 6€, y al preguntar el porqué no son 4€ como pone en la carta nos dice que el té verde no es una infusión, que es especial. Nos trae la carta de los tés especiales y hay te verde sí, pero arimatizados con hierbabuena, con frutos rojos... pero era un TÉ VERDE, normal y corriente. Y termina el buen señor diciendo: "bueno pues denme lo que quieran". Pagamos los 2 desayunos y nos fuimos PARA NO VOLVER.

Qué falta de trato, de atención, de servicio, de educación y sobre todo de profesionalidad.
