Having holiday'd here for 10 years this is the first time I've been compelled to write a review. A negative one. Food great. Tastes good. Great value for money. Service was terrible. The staff didnt want to be there or didn't want a family of four there, one or other. No condiments put on table, long wait for drinks, dirty plates in front of us for 20 minutes. When indicted we'd like to order a dessert we were told to scan a qr code. At this stage we decided to ask for the bill. When it came it had charges on it we queried and they explained it was for salt paper bread olives, I mentioned okay that's fine but we werent offered any of these items. They got cross. I asked for an adjustment on the bill and waited for it to be brought back for 15 minutes. Very sad as food was great but service a...

Very bad experience due to the arrogance and unprofessionalism of the manager / owner. I have never experienced or seen that. We were 7 (family with kids +friends ) and the manager did not want to serve us because we had to cancel at last minute an additional table of 6 persons (friends who were not feeling well). He even told to the waters not to come to our table.

In any cases we are customers and we had never been treated like this. We left the restaurant without dîner, just drinks. On top of that he overcharged us for the drinks and wanted to call the police when we claimed that the bill is not correct and refused to pay the extra. At the end we paid for the drinks only and left without diner. I do not recommend at all...
