Went to Baba restaurant again last evening, next to the Avinguda metro station. It never disappoints, very consistent in flavor and quality , so fresh, and great, very friendly service, : Third time already and it’s fast becoming our favorite restaurant in Torrent. Just love the total freshness of the ingredients, the lightness of the dishes, and the different Middle Eastern / East-Mediterranean flavors and spices, so different to what we eat daily and so subtly combined.

If you like to get the most out of your experience and like to try (almost) everything on the menu, order the following dishes to share with the whole table (we were 6p) Take the trio of cremas: the humus, baba ganoush (roasted eggplant) and red pepper dips with Lebanese flat bread as a starter.

And maybe the “Tabla compartir” as well,,like we did.

And then have the “Arabe familiar” (€49) for the four of us as a main.

The kids had the “build your own” shawarma (you can choose the ingredients off a list).

Loved every dish!

We noticed they have a lunch menu now for 12€ , so will definitely be back to try !

Un descubrimiento increíble el de este nuevo local de Torrent. Autentica comida arabe de gran calidad y preparada al momento. Todos los platos que probamos estaban espectaculares: el falafel, las cremas de hummus, los pinchos de kafta que no lo había probado nunca y fue una sorpresa, hasta los shawarma.

Ojalá tengan suerte en esta aventura y les vaya bien y que entre tanto bar típico de fritangas, bocadillos y cadenas de comida rápida, podamos disfrutar de algo diferente en esta ciudad, con platos diferentes, deliciosos y saludables. Les deseo mucho exito y animo a la gente a probarlo....
