Carlos cafeteria — Restaurant in Torrevieja

Tonight we went there with some friends and a young man opened a shutter that had Rain in it and it emptied onto my Son ,Soaking from from head to foot ,also a friend who was sitting beside hi also got soaked..To my knowledge the man responsible did not even apologise to My Son or my friend.We were give n free drinks ,but I feel this effort was very poor . We popped in there for something to eat on a rainy Tuesday evening. The two ladies behind the bar were lovely, so helpful even though we speak no Spanish.
