Restaurant Bar Can Bigotis — Restaurant in Tossa de Mar

BEST RESTAURANT OF MY LIFE! Great food, great service, great everything! We wanted to share a three course meal and the waitor immediately understood and brought us an extra plate. I showed the waitor a picture of what I wanted and got a dish looking exactly like the picture and tasted great! (Wild boar in winesauce, see photo). That with starters, dessert (Warm Crema Catalana, delicious!) and a carafe full of wine cost 15.50€. One Sangria with that made it 18.50€. The waitor Tommy was immediately welcoming and stayed at out table a lot for personal chatting, which made us feel relaxed and connected.

We came back the next day because we loved the place so much. This time we had shellfish and fish, I usually don't like fish but it was the best fish I have ever eaten in my entire life (See photo). Chocolate truffles with whipped cream as dessert were also amazing!

It's a shame there are not more warm and authentic places likes this. We had six dishes and all were amazing. Make sure to leave the waitor and kitchen a huge tip, because this place is way too cheap for the quality of food and level of...

Estoy muy disgustado.

No voy a valorar la comida porque es un sitio mas de los muchos que hay en la costa donde sirven fritanga a un precio mas o menos pasable, pero lo que mas me ha molestado y por eso doy una estrella al servicio y ambiente es por falta de trato en este local. Me explico a continuación; Ayer sábado 20/07/2024 fuimos a comer y a mi cuñada le dió un mareo y perdió el conocimiento. La tuvimos que tumbar al suelo y abanicarla porque dentro del local hacia mucha calor. Me molesta y mucho que en ningun momento los dueños vinieran a ofrecer cualquier tipo de ayuda (Solo lo miraban desde lo lejos y con cara de asombro igual que los camareros). Señores de Can Bigotis, creo que si un cliente se encuentra indispuesto lo mas humano es ofrecer cualquier tipo de ayuda (Sea con hielo, trapos o lo que se necesite en ese preciso instante).

Desde aqui 5 estrellas y felicitar a la persona que estaba comiendo acompañado y nos vino a ayudar y estuvo en todo momento con nosotros hasta que vino la ambulancia.

Pagamos nuestra cuenta aun sin terminar de comer los segundos y postres. Y como agradecimiento pagamos tambien la cuenta de la mesa que nos prestó ayuda en todo momento.

Sr bigotis a ver si espabilamos un poco mas y tenemos un poco mas de empatia en casos similares.
