Loop Café — Restaurant in Tossa de Mar

Well we were disappointed by this place as it had such potential as it had bagels! The good points was the coffee, juice and bagel tasted great.. however they don’t do Vegan options.. this wouldn’t be an issue in a small local Catalan bar/restaurant but for something that’s new and ‘hip’ it left us very dissatisfied.. we asked for the offer (coffee juice bagel 4euros) but the bagel was only a meat option or cheese, no good for a vegan.. they outright REFUSED to offer me the deal with a surcharge for the Vegan filling (Which I was more then happy to pay for but they said ‘this is better for us to charge separately!) .. they charged the full amount for my coffee, bagels and juice (twice the price!) the service wasn’t good as we left feeling that we had the issue...

A cool & hip cafe with a rustic, charming interior. They have outdoor tables in the cool shade to watch the world go by too. We ordered Café Americano, which was the best coffee I've had in Tossa and only €1.50. We also ordered croissants. I had an ironed croissant with vegan cheese & rocket (which is great that they had it) and my wife had a croissant with Nutella. We really enjoyed both. We've been twice and both times we've enjoyed our experience at this little gem of a cafe. Good service, great prices....

I have to say we were a little disappointed because they didn't open until 12 noon, google had said it opened at 10am. Also then on their menu there wasn't any of the typical brunch items (bagels, tostadas etc) seen in the Google review photos.

However they were very friendly and the coffee was nice. I had a nice enough cheese sandwich but it was not what we were expecting. I'm not sure if it has changed its menu or if the Google reviews...
