A refined and stylish spot. The restaurant was full when we arrived, but the gentleman we assumed to be the head waiter—who turned out to be the chef—graciously invited us to wait at the bar. He recommended we dine indoors, as the evening was still quite warm outside despite the late hour.

We ordered the chicken and mushroom croquetas, patatas bravas, a creative twist on a tomato and burrata salad, and the courgette and cod fritters. Each dish was exceptional—modern, gastro-style tapas that we’d happily recommend. The service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance struck the perfect balance between vibrant and elegant.

Menjar molt bo, enhorabona al xef, veig que té ganes, ambició i talent. Només puc dir-te que endavant, tens el teu futur a les teves mans i només puc donar-te l’enhorabona. Queda experiencia per arribar a on vols arribar, segur, però n’estic segura que no serà molt tard. Si em permets fer-te alguns comentaris per tal de poder ajudar segons la meva experiencia: Els bunyols, brutals, penso que son bastant originals i es dels millors plats que tens. Els canelons, hem sembla molt bona idea, son bonissims tot i que els hi faltava salt (i pel meu gust he trobat a faltar el formatge). La truita, m’ha decebut en l’especta que m’esperava potser la ceba, algo de sal li faltava. Les croquetes em semblen que estan molt bones, el cruixent molt bo i molt meloses per dins. Els postres, les textures no m’acaben de convencer, potser li donaria una volta i el pastis que estava molt bo, potser el deixaria que estigues més crua. Això en aspectes personals però que espero que els agafeu amb tota la bona intencio, que es com estan adreçats. El preu potser m’ha semblat una mica elevat per la quantitat que és serveix. Torno a repetir, enhorabona perquè vas per bon camí, sense cap dubte tornarem a repetir. L’espai és molt maco, sembla un altre en comparació...
