This is very much a bare bones place, decent enough for the low price. The rooms are basic and could have been a little cleaner. Though not 10 km from the town center, it is on the road going out of town, across from a car dealership and maybe a 15 min walk from restaurants, etc. And don't count on getting off to an early start in the a.m., since on the day of our stay the restaurant did not open until well after 8 a.m. On the other hand, everything works, even the wifi, and the woman who greeted us...

The owners, Marina and Marvilla, made us very welcome and even provided a secure garage to store our motorcycles. The room was very clean and tidy, and a lovely breakfast with a smile every morning . I would recommend Hostal Buenos Aires for anyone thinking of stopping over in Tremp, or as a base for exploring the beautiful national parks, forests...
