Absolutely disgusted at the service tonight. We arrived around 8 and waited about thirty minutes for a table which was fine however they did seem to be favouring locals and giving them tables even though we waited longer. The day before we went and asked if you had to reserve and they said no it’s first come first serve so this seemed odd and biased. When we were eventually sat we were sat at a table for 6 even though there was 3 of us which we dismissed as poor planning. About 5-10 minutes later we were asked to move as we hadn’t reserved and someone who was waiting longer had arrived which seemed entirely unreasonable when the waitress had already sat us and given us the menus. Unfortunately none of the staff could speak much English and we only speak a little Spanish. We were disgusted at being thrown off our table after waiting so long after being told there were no reservations when there clearly were. We left after five minutes of waiting for another table as we didn’t want to give them our custom. Chaotic booking system and disgusting customer service. AVOID!! It’s a shame as we came a few years ago and it was lovely.

In response to the owners response: You should make it clear in the window or online that there is a waiting list as were told there wasn't one. Also we were sat down at the table by the waitress she didn’t call a name she asked how many people we were and sat us down. This was then disgraceful and frustrating when we were asked to move because the waitress had already given us the table and then changed her mind when she made the mistake we weren’t on the list. At no point was it made clear we should be on a list lots of people were waiting outside for a table and regardless that someone was already on the list it was unfair to make us move when it was the mistake of the waitress. We were fed up of waiting and very angry at the service which is why we chose not to...

If you don't look at your bill, then you are OK. I ordered an opened calzone. The waiter said "sure, no problem". And when I payed, I saw €9.50 for the pizza (it should be €10) + 1.50 for mushrooms. And it is not a big deal, I've already left a tip to the waiter, but why! The waiter agrees that there is "a mistake", but he asks the owner to speak to me. She says that there is no such thing as "opened Calzone", but she cannot explain how I've ordered one and how I've had one. Then her daughter steps in pretty angry, again not being able to explain. And then the mother starts cursing in Italian, giving me back €20. I, of course, didn't take the money and the money has never been the problem. The nearly 30min wait for the pizza wasn't a problem, the fact that the first pizza they brought me was a wrong one wasn't a problem, the dirty (or at least unpolished) glass wasn't a problem... Not only, I also left a tip, and after they try to cheat for €1, they victimize themselves. And the reason I got here that night is that I've had coffee with croissant in the morning and the girl serving my table was so adorable that I thought this restaurant will be something nice. I even asked her about who makes the dough. I've had pizzas all over Europe - from Switzerland, to eastern Europe, and my conclusion is that you need an Italian guy so you can have a nice pizza. I'm glad that I didn't leave a review earlier, because it would've been 5* one just because of that girl. Not to mention that I eat only half of the pizza and I forgot the rest in the restaurant after the lady started cursing and victimizing herself. So basically €11 for half of €10 pizza. Without the tip. I'm sure that many have had great experience here, like I did in the morning, but that's how it went for me in...

Dreadful experience here last night. Waited for table weren’t told there was a waiting list , offered a table by the young waitress then as she laid the table we are then thrown off the table because we were not on the list and someone else was waiting . Clearly the waitress should have checked ‘the list ‘ before offering it to us and we had waited a long time and she had seen us waiting for more than half an hour . Surely we should have been advised of the list !!. Never been so disappointed with a restaurant and so rudely handled in my life - will not go back Your staff should tell anyone waiting about the list for wait for tables because as a tourist there is nothing in your door or window to tell us this happened and when I asked the day before I was told no reservations in august !!...
