Taperia Cerveceria Amarela — Restaurant in Vélez-Málaga

Honestly the only good thing of Amarela is the sunny terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun in the wintertime! There come together a mix of nationalities of foreigners that live in Torre del Mar the whole year, it’s a great place for sitting in the sun and have a drink! As for the food…what can i say? it’s one of the worst places in Torre del Mar! I mean even a simple dish as macarroni bolognese, it’s kind of horrible. They serve you boiled macarronion one hand and then they patch a “souce” which they call bolognese and on top they place the cheapest melted cheese with tones of dry oregan to decorate the poor plate. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all to eat sonething,whatever you order will be probably very wrong and very loveless,what kind of cook can prepare all dishes so wrong and tasteless?It’s a pitty, i really love the allocation, but i regreet to order food every time i give them...

Toller Laden!!! Die gleichermaßen schöne, wie tatkräftige Chefin sorgt für hervorragenden Service. Sie bewies aus unternehmerisches Geschick, denn sie besetzte eine Nische. Bisher fand man in Torre Läden, die Tapas verkauften, welche manchen zu klein waren oder eben gro0e Gerichte. Im Amarela gibt es standardmäßig mittlere Portionen, welche auf Wunsch aber auch klein oder groß serviert werden. Die exzellente Küche unterscheidet sich dazu deutlich von den Standard-Tapas, die jeder anbietet und ist sehr kreativ. Die Suppen oder die Zwiebelblutwurst waren für mich neu und ein Erlebnis. Vom kleinen bis üppigen Salat, über Sandwiches, knusprigen Broten, Spiegeleivarianten und täglich wechselnden Kleinigkeiten wird hier alles geboten,was das Herz begehrt. Dazu kann das Amarela mit zwei Pfunden wuchern. 1. der Laden hat eine unverbaute Westseite und bietet auch im Winter viele unzählige Sonnenstunden. Mir war es heute im T-Shirt zu warm und musste unter einen Sonnenschirm. 2. Der Laden schenkt das wahrscheinlich beste spanische Bier aus. Estrella Galicia. A very local bar restaurant in Torre Del Mar. We drove over from Victoria one evening and enjoyed it.

It's in a very local area, so you get the true Spanish experience, and the place seems quite relaxed.

The tostas are great, as are the salads.

Good value for money, and then a nice walk...
