Restaurante La Brasserie — Restaurant in Vélez-Málaga

First visit in 3 years to this amazing restaurant. Upon arrival we were greeted politely by a lovely young waitress. We were greeted by the lady owner who gave my hubby a list of 83 beers they stock, Belgium blond, dark etc.. the red wine (house) was also fabulous! We were given complimentary soup which was very flavourful. Sadly no mussels on the menu due to the quality the owner told us which to me was good to hear, as obviously they want to only use good quality ingredients. We chose entrecôte steak, either chips salad and pink peppercorn sauce. The steak was so tender and cut very easily.. beautiful. My hubby was blown away by the apple pie and I had the sorbet of mandarin. From start to finish it was just perfect and we decided to book again for our last night on Sunday. It’s been a few years but as you might expect the place is as good as ever! Beautiful amuse buche soup (freebee) followed by carpaccio of beef to die for!! Then pork fillet with mustard and dill sauce and fillet steak with béarnaise sauce.. Fabulous selection of Belgian beers… try to Rochfort 10 as a treat !! We both agreed we could have died and gone to heaven after the lovely food we experienced and thanks to the friendly hosts with the mosts xx we will be back...

Not for the first time I visited this excellent restaurant on 18th July 2015 .I visit Torre Del Mar on numerous occasions every year and alway eat here. Luc is a very good chef and his partner Patricia is a good host.The food is consistently cooked to a high standard and always fresh tasting. Next time you visit Torre Del Mar try it you may have to wait but...
