I was a frequent client of this place but will never come back anymore. I have ordered a pastry to eat in and apart from that I asked to give me a coffee to take away, because I was planning to leave quickly. THEY SAID OK and charged me. A few moments later I’m seeing they made everything to dine in. I said that my coffee was to take away. They said “yes we know but it’s against our policy”. I said that when I was orderj c no one said anything and this is literally not what I asked. They said “ok we will do it this time but next time we won’t”. For my money they made me a favour. For sure, they won’t do it next time simply because I’ll never come back. Guys, I don’t care about your UNANNOUNCED policies - if I ordered position “A”, you accepted, made me pay for “A”, don’t prepare me “B” without an announcement, please. This is a simple disrespect that could have been avoided if you said it in the beginning. But then I wouldn’t buy one of the things, right? :) by the way, selling water in glass bottles would be a way more ecological initiative to begin with. Or serving the donut I bought to EAT IN on an actual reusable plate and not on a single-use plastic-covered cardboard plate. I’d be perfectly fine if you informed me in the beginning, but after you took my payment - it’s done. Even after, if only your worker said it nicely, but she preferred to talk to me in attacking way and bring up invented policies that go against basic...

The employees were very kind and waited while we figured out what to have to eat. They answered all of our questions and were very patient.

In terms of food we got a cheese roll and a croissant with two smoothies. The croissant was good and had a balance in flavor and flakiness the cheese roll was greasy and not too enjoyable

The smoothies weren’t great. We got one smoothie with water one with milk.

Milk smoothie - it was a berry smoothie and it had no berry flavor and all I tasted was milk

Water smoothie - it was a passion fruit mango smoothie and there was hardly any flavor. It tasted like water.

This wasn’t the best experience and it could have been better overall 3/5 I was not mad nor happy...

Me quedé a cuadros.

The first time I had a chai tea here it was very rich in taste, not sweet and really good. So I came back. This time I was served a "chai" with a tea bag in warm milk. The only taste was the milk. That is the lowest you can go with a chai tea and says a lot about the service and what you are prepared to offer customers.

Self described as the best coffee shop in Valencia, and they are right !!! And it is totally local. We were the only tourists. The sweet and savory options for breakfast were copious. All sorts of pastries and sandwiches including an egg and ham sandwich. Don’t be deterred by the line, it moves quickly.

They have concealed wooden sticks in hotdog and when guest tries to explain that it’s dangerous and it shouldn’t be like this, try to convince that it’s totally OK. It’s not OK. It’s dangerous. And such a attitude and behavior is stupid.
