Nowhere near as good as Vurger, which used to occupy the same building. The problem with this place isn't the staff, or the food, or even the place itself. The staff are nice, the place is pretty cool looking, and the food is okay. Not the best vegan food I've had in Valencia, but probably not the worst either. Just average at best, with decent portions. However, two things really irritate me about this place. They are too busy trying to look supercool, that they have neglected the quality of their food and service. The food is nowhere as good as Vurger was, and the service is much much slower. Our vegan burger was basically raw and very cold. It was basically just a cold raw veggie patty, rather than a hot burger. Also, they call themselves 'Street food', yet they ask for a reservation. Don't they understand the meaning of 'Street food'???? It's a pity. They obviously put a lot of effort and money into this place, but unfortunately it fails in quality of food and service time. Most likely won't be returning here...... And please! Turn down the...
Read moreThe food was ok but the service was terrible. You have to order and pay via a QR code so the service is minimal. Every time you want something else, you have to order and pay again which is not a nice experience. We asked her for tap water for which the staff on shift gave us excuses and told us they did us a favour by giving us the water. We then ordered a second round of beer through the QR but the person on shift didn’t realise we ordered because they were playing a video game on their phone… This means we had to standup and go tell them we ordered more. Once we finished our food we wanted to order a desert but by then our table was full of dirty dishes that no one was picking up so we didn’t feel like ordering more so we just left. Overall it was very expensive for the minimal service we got. Some of the starters were tasty but the price and portion sizes does not make it worth. This place is more of a novelty destination because of the...
Read moreIgnorant and unaccommodating staff. In an empty restaurant we were placed directly under the speaker blasting music so loud we had to shout across the table to chat. We asked if we could switch to another table, as honestly, it was deafening, the answer was a resounding no, this is your table that you booked (we didn’t book any table, we reserved the time) and you cannot switch. So we left.
We have eaten here before and the service wasn’t as terrible, the food is nothing special if you have been to vegan restaurants in many other cities, as we have. It’s quite average and nothing to...
