DR BEER & MR FRY — Restaurant in Valencia

We are polite Americans who speak some Spanish, and trying to eat at Dr beer & Mr Fry was the worst experience we have had in Valencia. After taking our drink order our waiter ignored us and attended to people who were seated much later than we were. After 30 minutes of waiting we went inside to ask him to take our order, and all he did was come back outside, light a cigarette, and talk to his friend. We paid for our beers and left. Your restaurant looks very good and most reviews rave about your food. I am writing because we received a charge for $80.79 from November 4, 2025 and have never dined with your establishment. Additionally to make matters work we just arrived in Valencia less than a week ago so we remember the establishments we have visited. With that being said do you own any other restaurants in Valencia? We need to know so that we do not deny this charge. We are happy to pay for any of our dining...

We dropped in on a weekend night. Place was very crowded but we were able to get a table outside. The wrap was very good, not dry and a depth of flavor you typically don't find in similar locations. Price/quality ratio very high. Service was OK, I would suggest adding another waiter to take half the tables instead of having only one responsible for all the outdoor tables.
