Посетили этот ресторан и остались в восторге! Все блюда были невероятно вкусными. Особенно запомнился шашлык – сочный, с аппетитной корочкой, поданный на тонком лаваше с маринованным луком и свежей зеленью. К нему подали насыщенный томатный соус, который отлично дополнял вкус мяса.

Закуски также впечатлили: бочковые зеленые помидоры с острой ноткой, квашеная капуста, маринованные огурцы и перчики – все хрустящее и отлично сбалансированное по вкусу. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить овощное рагу (аджапсандал)приготовленное с ароматными специями, – оно было нежным и насыщенным.

Дополнением к трапезе стал домашний бородинский хлеб с плотной коркой. А на десерт – многослойный медовик с орехами и карамельным соусом, нежный и в меру сладкий.

Вкус блюд соответствуют кавказской кухни. Атмосфера уютная, обслуживание внимательное. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова!

Visitamos este restaurante y quedamos encantados. ¡Todos los platos estaban increíblemente deliciosos! En especial, recordamos el shashlik: jugoso, con una costra apetitosa, servido sobre un fino lavash con cebolla marinada y verduras frescas. Lo acompañaba una salsa de tomate intensa que complementaba perfectamente el sabor de la carne.

Las entradas también nos impresionaron: tomates verdes encurtidos con un ligero toque picante, chucrut, pepinillos y pimientos marinados, todos crujientes, aromáticos y con un equilibrio perfecto de sabores. En particular, nos encantó el guiso de verduras (ajapsandali), preparado con especias aromáticas; su textura era suave y su sabor, intenso y casero.

Para acompañar la comida, nos sirvieron pan Borodinsky recién horneado, con una corteza crujiente y un sabor profundo. Y para el postre, (medovik)un milhojas de miel con nueces y salsa de caramelo: tierno, con el dulzor justo y simplemente irresistible.

Todos los platos respetan la tradición de la cocina caucásica. El ambiente es acogedor y el servicio, atento....

This place is unique in Valencia, especially for those who have a good taste for healthy food and a friendly, kind atmosphere. Surtenly, one of my favourite. If you're looking for a damn good beef stake with a glass of a fine wine - you will find it there. And la brocheta de cerdo y de pollo is simply amazing! Jucy and rich, like if you prepare it at home. And also they offer you a shots of liqueres for free after the meal. Nice detail. We spend a very good time there. We' ll be back...

At first I was a bit shocked and skeptical about the price, since food in Valencia (outside the central touristy areas) is usually really cheap. But the fresh ingredients, homemade dishes, generous portions, and the friendly waitress made me feel that €35.5 for a salmon salad, Russian beetroot beef soup, a Russian Medovik cake, one latte, and a bottle of sparkling water was actually a bargain compared to how satisfied I felt.
