If you miss this terrific little eatery near La Rambleta you'll be doing yourself a great injustice. While it might not look much from the street front it well and truly makes up for that with its staff, menu, service and price. Staff are terrific - smiling, friendly, helpful and efficient. Menu has plenty of options for all - we opted for the tabla queso and hamburgesa Tapeo and, quite frankly, were blown away by the freshness and delicious flavours that we were presented with. Probably the best hamburger I have ever eaten anywhere in the world!! Loved the friendliness and service of this bar restaurant! The owner speaks fluent English and the waitress is Spanish so you can practice your Spanish with a perfect backup!!! The food was absolutely perfect! Prawns cooked in a delicious sauce, baby squid in a light batter and the traditional bread with the fresh tomato purée and garlic aioli. Mi experiencia en Cervecería Tapeo Valencia fue espectacular. Desde que entré, me sentí muy cómodo con el ambiente. El lugar tiene una mezcla perfecta entre lo moderno y lo tradicional, con una decoración acogedora que me hizo sentir como en casa. El personal fue súper amable desde el primer momento, siempre atentos y con excelentes recomendaciones.

Comencé pidiendo unas patatas bravas, y ¡qué acierto! Estaban crujientes por fuera, suaves por dentro, y la salsa tenía ese equilibrio perfecto entre el picante y el sabor ahumado. Después me animé con unas croquetas caseras que me dejaron sin palabras: cremosas, con un sabor tan auténtico que me recordaron las croquetas que hacía mi abuela. Pero el plato que realmente me conquistó fueron las gambas al ajillo. El aroma ya era irresistible, pero cuando probé el primer bocado, supe que había acertado de lleno. El ajo y el aceite de oliva estaban perfectamente combinados.

Para acompañar, pedí una caña bien tirada, fría y deliciosa, que realzó cada plato que probé. Y para el final, me ofrecieron una tarta de queso casera que fue el broche de oro. Su textura esponjosa y ese toque dulce tan equilibrado hicieron que terminara la comida con una sonrisa.
