Burger King — Restaurant in Vila-seca

Last Saturday wanting in drive through withbonly 2 cars for 16 minutea. When complaining I got told to get lost we are busy. The worse I have seen in 50 years of burger king. It was 10.30 pm, we ordered and at 10.46 we complained. 3 minutes later the car 8n front finally got served and we decided to drive out without taking our order as protest tonthis horrible Burger King 8n Tarragona. Watched the young girl preparing the food, whilst waiting for our burgers. She didn't wear GLOVES whilst handling the bread, cheese, and lettuce, then she wiped her hands on her backside, handled the frying baskets, removed her head set and ran her hands through her hair. Then returned to the prep station and handled the food again without WASHING her hands and/or using gloves. Nunca había tenido tan mal servicio en ningún burger. Llegamos sobre las 11 de la noche, había poca gente, ni la mitad del comedor lleno y no daban abasto, esperamos aproximadamente 20min para pedir. Mientras hacíamos nuestro pedido, la chica que nos atendía (sola para atender) nos dejó hablando solos en dos ocasiones para atender a otras personas (dato feísimo) y otra ocasión para atender a la encargada porque la máquina de café no funcionaba, y tomó nota de nuestro pedido a medias (no anotó cómo queríamos las patatas por ejemplo). Éramos tres personas (tres pedidos distintos) y cuando nos faltaba uno por pedir, desapareció y vino a atendernos la encargada (en ningún momento nos quejamos viendo que la chica no daba abasto y nadie la ayudaba). Nos sirvieron primero a los dos que habíamos pedido después, tardando bastante y 5minutos después, sirvieron a quien había hecho el pedido primero. Nada nada recomendable. Muy lentos, mucha falta de personal y la encargada a mi personalmente me devolvió de menos (no sé si porque no les quedaban céntimos) sin dar ningún tipo de explicación ni disculparse, que de haberlo dicho, no me hubiese importado, pero así me pareció feísimo....
