Cafetaza Specialty Coffee — Restaurant in Vitoria-Gasteiz

Some of the nicest coffee I've had the pleasure to enjoy in Spain. They use their own delicious roasts (nutty, cocoa, fruit flavours). Not too light and definitely not too dark and bitter. The aromas of the beans freshly ground are mouth watering!.. and are the nicest friendly people too. Oh, AND they use proper full milk not UHT. ♥️

Loved the coffee so much we bought some of their superb roast beans to take home for use in our Sage!

Their cakes and sandwiches also looked moorish. Next time I'll try those too.

El pasado 31 de octubre la ciudad de Vitoria y el comercio oferto la dinámica del truco o trato en algunos barrios de la ciudad, salburua entre ellos. La dinámica consistía en buscar una letra escondida en los carteles de los establecimientos que participaban!!

Nosotros, frecuentadores de salburua, nos acercamos allí con nuestros niños para ir a pedir caramelos. Así que nos plantamos en el café taza(local expuesto en el recorrido). Mi hermana se quedó fuera escaneando el código de la letra y yo entre con los críos(5 y 8 años) a que pidieran los caramelos.

PARA NUESTRA SORPRESA una CAMARERA BORDEE ya no solo con adultos sino con niños les dijo sin mirarlos que ELLOS NO DABAN CARAMELOS!!!!. Cuando le pregunté por el cartel ni siquiera me miró y me dijo: ya bueno si está pegado fuera pero no damos caramelos.... Y siguió a lo suyo!!!

NO es la primera vez que tengo problemas en este sitio. Y no me voy a meter en la calidad de los productos y el café(AHORA ESO YA HA PASADO A SEGUNDO PLANO, XK SI QUIERO CALIDAD DESDE LUEGO HAY SITIOS MEJORES) pero por lo que no paso es con el trato a los clientes!!! Podéis servir oro si queréis pero si tratáis a las personas sin mirarlas a la caraaaa no merecéis que...
