Overall unfortunately a really bad experience! The service and food were both very disappointing and I would never go there again or recommend anyone to do so. I didn't expect to find such a bad place in Vitoria, especially in that location door to door with other great restaurants, but unfortunately Kobatxa has disappointed us in many ways. We ordered a solomillo, which came lukewarm, the smashed potatoes aside were basically cold. In addition to that, the meat was full of tendon, it wasn't even possible to cut it. When we called the waiter to tell him the food came basically cold and is not even edible like this, he reacted arrogantly, not apologizing, just took away the plate to warm it up and brought a better knife to cut the meat. Well, this didn't change much so we left it like that. The tuna tataki that we ordered as well was alright, but not worth the price. It comes with nothing except sesame, it's not even nicely decorated on the plate. For this price definitely not worth it and very disappointing too. Giving also only 1 star for the ambiente cause the music was very loud and disturbing, not really fitting a restaurant ambiente (more like a bar feeling). The comedor area where we were seated (unlike the bar area at the entrance which seems nice and in a way stylish) was very uncomfortable and basic which doesn't fit to both their pricing and branding as a rather fancy place to eat. It was also very cold in the room, people on the other table sat there with their jackets while having food, not really inviting for a supposedly higher end...
Read moreI would like to give you all a review about the food served here, but the waiter and waitress had another plan for me. Ignoring me standing in the bar and waving at them (the guy even told me to wait) in a pretty empty bar (not even a person in the bar and only a few in the side tables). Very good place for using the restrooms, though, while you are visiting the city. No one is going to tell you a word if you are not...
