Walked in around 3 o’clock. Asked about food but the kitchen was closed, no problems there. Asked about drinks instead but just ignored when the place wasn’t busy at all, we left after just waiting around with no one showing us to a table.

Edit: as you can clearly see, the owner is incapable of taking any form of criticism and has resorted to slander. In addition to posting the response in a different language to the original review to obfuscate this. I can confirm I was with my brother at the time and was just giving my view on the situation, though clearly not as timely. However, the review and opinion still stands. Wir waren heute zum zweiten Mal in unserem kurzen Urlaub da. Beim ersten Mal konnte man drinnen sitzen und wurde auch schnell und freundlich bedient. Heute kamen wir und waren erstmal verwundert dass nur außen serviert wurde. Ist für uns nicht so schön, da wir Nichtraucher sind. Auch wenn außen die Raucherbereiche extra sind (immerhin) zieht es halt doch auch mal zu den Tischen. Das wäre nicht so extrem gewesen um enttäuscht zu sein. Wir hatten nicht reserviert (war bisher um diese Jahreszeit auch nie nötig, waren 2019 und 2024 auch schon dort), und dann haben wir zwar recht schnell unsere Getränke bekommen, aber leider mit Eis, obwohl extra ohne bestellt. Und der Hammer weshalb wir diesmal nicht zufrieden waren, war dass wir gute 30 Minuten warten mussten bis wir unser Essen wenigstens bestellen konnten. Dass es aus der Küche bei viel Betrieb etwas dauern kann wäre verständlich gewesen. Bei der Bestellung den Chef angesprochen, kam die Antwort dass die anderen reserviert hatten. Hier muss ich sagen: Na und? In einem Lokal erwarte ich dass die Bestellungen in der Reihenfolge aufgenommen werden wie die Gäste kommen. Egal ob mit oder ohne Reservierung. Wovon wir ja auch nichts wussten. Oben erläutert. So etwas finde ich einfach nicht in Ordnung. Wenn es dann unterschiedlich aus der Küche kommt, kein Problem wenn viel los ist, aber ne halbe Stunde einfach ignoriert werden geht einfach nicht. Das Essen selber ist einwandfrei und kann man empfehlen, aber ansonsten sollte man, wenn man kurzentschlossen kommt viel Zeit haben, da man dann als letzter mal bedient wird. Nachtrag zur Antwort: Ja, wir gehen woanders hin. Denn hier hat jemand nicht verstanden, dass man zumindest die Bestellung in der Reihenfolge aufnimmt und nicht andere eine ganze halbe Stunde warten lässt. Zeit zum Quatschen mit anderen war ja offensichtlich genug vorhanden. Und 2019 und auch 2024 konnten wir uns um diese Jahreszeit auch drinnen hinsetzen. Viel Spaß beim Vergraulen der potentiellen Gäste. Auch wenn man nicht so oft kann weil man nur Urlaub hat, aber man kommt ja mal wieder her. Und wir waren schon oft hier, aber so etwas habe ich nirgends erlebt. Und noch zum Getränk mit Eis, es war nicht das große Problem, aber wie denn beschweren? I was there twice in one week. The first time there weren't more than five to six filled tables. Then I got a good table in the center of the outdoors area. The food were great and myself and the others were overall impressed by Azahar. The second time we had such high expectations, but this time it was crowded with guests. When we got a table at last the locations worse than last time but survivable. The worst that happened must've been when they didn't have any more bread or allioli. As a replacement we got served something i wouldn't even feed a dog, but charged full price for it.
