Nakama Sushi Xàtiva — Restaurant in Xàtiva

I want to like this place because we need more variety in Xativa. The ambience was nice, it felt like a hip urban place. The food was good, except the fact that there was cream cheese in the tuna maki; that was a bit off putting. The sushi rice was done well, and the other sushi we ordered was good. The service was not so good. We were a group of four. Two of us got our food (it took awhile) while the other two sat and waited. When we finally asked about it, the server looked at us, indignantly, and said it had already been served. Unfortunately, it was served to another table. Cuando la organización/atención al cliente es pésima, lo demás queda en un segundo plano. Jefe de sala sobreactuado, educado en hacerse el tonto y sobretodo, sin capacidad resolutiva. Saliendo desde Valencia con mesa reservada sin hora ( lo que nos costara el desplazamiento hasta Xàtiva ) y cuando llegamos, resulta que nuestra mesa se había ocupado por otros comensales porque habíamos tardado en llegar. El jefe de sala, muy educadamente, demasiado sobreactuado, haciendose el bobo, mirando al suelo, nos dice que me habia llamado 2 veces. Lo comprobamos y, efectivamente, lo hizo, pero a un número que no era el correcto. En fin, lo dicho, muy educado nos invito a marcharnos sin darnos opción y aqui quedo la experiencia en este local. Después de esto, valorar lo demás no es necesario. Vayan a probar, pero...
