Restaurante Ama Leku — Restaurant in Zaragoza

I decided to make this review after a good time elapsed from my scheduled booking because I admit my blood was boiling. I made a booking in thid restaurant for dinner at 9:00 PM on October 12th, which was during la Fiesta del Pilar en Zaragoza. Because I knew that in this date the city was crowded, I made the booking (I have printed proof) on September 7th, which is more than one month before. Only few hours after our booking, I received a SMS from Ama Leku saying they were confiming the reserve but asking us to arrive at 9:30 PM. This was a bit peculiar as they did not communicate with us through the site we used to book, but it was fine with us. Well, on October 12th, just a couple of hours before our dinner time, WHEN IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO BOOK ANY OTHER RESTAURANT IN ZARAGOZA, they cancelled our booking without even an apology. I read other reviews reporting the same sort of problem in tripadvisor. Avoid booking in this establishment because they do not give a damn and does not have any respect whatsoever for their customers. They are plainly disgusting...

Very nice place to enjoy grilled fish meals, mainly. Good food quality but it is a bit expensive. Anyway, quality has to be paid. Just to mention a bad point: menu is not shown in paper, only waitress announces what food is available at that moment with no a price mention, so you realize final cost when bill is coming. Please, it would be great...

Una apuesta segura. Después de mucho tiempo queriendo conocer el restaurante, hemos tenido la ocasión de disfrutarlo de principio a fin. Materia prima de primera, platos cocinados a la perfección por Chema, muy bien presentados y magníficamente presentados por Gloria quien, además, te aconseja a la perfección tanto en el "qué tomar" como en las cantidades. Atención y servicio más que correctos. Lugar acogedor y familiar. La relacion calidad/precio muy correcta. En mi opinión, es el mejor sitio para comer pescado en Zaragoza. Sin duda, un lugar perfecto si quieres darte un homenaje, celebrar algo o, simplemente, tener la certeza de que vas a acertar con la elección. Absolutamente...
