Awful customer service, but great food. I tried to plan a birthday dinner for 8-10 people. I contacted them via Instagram, WhatsApp, called countless times and response times where anywhere from 2-6 days.

I even showed up at the restaurant TWICE to try and talk to the owner and set up the event. One time they were open, and he assured me he would send me the menu the next day (he didn’t), the next time they were closed so couldn’t speak with anyone.

Finally, the day before the event, we agreed on a set menu. €30 for the meal and 2 drinks included per person. We brought dessert, because we weren’t aware it was not allowed. We brought sparkling candles, also apparently weren’t allowed. Because of this, the waitress decided during the event to not allow our guests to get their second drink.

Of course, this upset me and I threw a fit. 12 days of planning and written confirmation about the drinks, but because we brought the cake and lit the sparkling candle, our guests weren’t allowed to have the second drink? Extremely embarrassing for us as hosts.

Also, note that they only take cash or bizum, another thing that should’ve been mentioned but wasn’t. The food and ambience were great, but I would never go back there or recommend it for their terrible...

With a cook so passionate about Japan, one can't be disappointed with the results. We enjoyed tasty tempuras, chicken teriyaki and salmon with ponzu sauce. Everything we tried was very good. Comida excelente. Servicio excelente también. Un sitio muy original y peculiar. El trato muy bueno. Si tengo que sacar algún pero (constructivo) es que sales con mucho olor a comida porque la cocina está abierta. Sería genial poder verla pero a través de un cristal por ejemplo. El precio no es asequible porque la comida lo justifica, no lo justifica quizá tanto el local, la situación, el detalle de los olores. En mi opinión,personal y puede que irrelevante, el precio tiene que ir acorde con todas estas cosas, no solo con la calidad de la comida. 70€ cena para dos con sólo dos copas de vino, a mi criterio se deberían de cobrar si todo es prácticamente perfecto; local céntrico, exquisita decoración y por supuesto buena comida y servicio (que en este caso sí que se cumple con...
