I visited this museum for the first time in 2017 and have remembered it fondly ever since. This weekend I had the opportunity to visit Zaragoza again, and the first thing I said was "we have to visit the origami museum!"
It is only €3 to enter the museum (€2 for concessions). The first room discusses the history of paper folding, with English translations for the most important placards in the museum. Meanwhile, the remainder of the space hosts exhibitions, which change around every 3 months. It is amazing to see some of the incredible sculptures the artists are able to create with only paper!

Not your bog-standard swans and stuff; some extraordinary creations from both Japanese masters and European upstarts. Would suggest walking here along the river. Sunrise over the basilica: marvelous. Would also suggest walking back through the old town, where you might just find the place to eat where you're the only tourist in the square. Sorry, Barcelona, Zaragoza is the place to be. But not for long! Nice historical timeline or how paper was first created in China to how the art of origami spread around the world. Explanations of different styles of folding and types of paper.
