For a first time, the experience es a bit confusing, but the service made it enjoyable and fun to discover. Not pure pure Japanese but sure a nice place to share with friends. Detail, make sure to check the menu before going, and be sure your kids will be open minded to experiment with new flavours and textures. Ramen was delicious, mochis were smaller than expected, but according to it's price, fair size and tasteful... Missed beans filled mochi, the original, but yeah, green tea ice cream is delicious. Hope they have the kids ice creams offered in the menu next time. It's not summer but feels like. Easy access, takeaway and delivery, and containers are high quality ones. Soy un usuario local, de Zaragoza. La experiencia fue lamentable al principio y luego se arregló algo con la comida, que era buena. El punto (muy) negativo se produjo al ingresar yo en el local como avanzadilla de mi familia, que vino diez minutos después de mí. Habíamos reservado, con tres días de antelación, para cuatro personas. Me personé cinco minutos después de la hora acordada. Detrás de mí entró una pareja. La encargada, una sra./srta. oriental de baja estatura y malos modales, me dijo que esperara, que mi mesa no estaba lista, y me conminó bruscamente a ir al extremo de la entrada del local, "para dejar pasar" (aunque yo realmente no obstruía el paso a nadie). Como me demoré en moverme unos segundos, no dudó en intentar empujarme hacia atrás (aunque lógicamente no me pudo mover). Todo ello sin pronunciar nunca la encargada ni un simple "por favor". Aunque tenía ganas de poner en su sitio a la encargada y marcharme del local, no lo hice porque mi familia iba a venir para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi mujer, y no les quise disgustar. Posteriormente otra camarera (hispanoamericana y, ella sí, amable) me llevó a la mesa. Me quejé a ella de la poca educación de la encargada, que me justificó por su bajo nivel de español. Aunque la comida en sí nos gustó a los cuatro, no creo que volvamos a visitar Sushiko - Universidad...
