I’m sorry I believed the other reviews here about this restaurant. I have a trusted rule: if the potatoes are made from scratch, everything else on the menu will also be great. Well, their bravas were just the standard from frozen fare but at least they were average. And for that, they get two stars. Mediocrity ended there as the pizzas came. Granted, the oven isn’t wood fired or anything special, and yet the outside crust was thin and crispy (again worthy of an uptick from one star). Unfortunately our 12euro bar style pizzas came drenched in oil. Probably the oiliest pizza I’ve had since ol school Pizza Hut. Also, we asked for ours without ham, and the waitress confirmed this, and it still came with ham. We just picked it off because we were hungry, and it had already taken about 30 mins. Great coffee and tortilla, and calm vibe where they are happy to have you. Not a tourist trap and so you don't get stung by prices closer to the beach- 4 pesos sterling for a coffee and tortilla. Would recommend. Owner was attentive and clarified how I wanted my coffee exactly instead of assuming in case something was lost in translation.
