Dinemore - Kandy — Restaurant in Central Province

After being a Dinemore customer for a decade or so, I have to say that this is the worst status the restaurant has been in many years. Burgers, Sandwiches and Subs are now served without fries with a small discount. The prices have skyrocketed recently, which is understandable because of the economic crisis. But that is no excuse to reduce your portion size drastically. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Burger and a Beef Burger along with a Mirinda. The two burger items, I've ordered many times before. The portion size has reduced very noticeably. This is really bad because you have already increased the prices. Either increase the prices or reduce the portion sizes, don't do both because that's simply cheating the customer. The Grilled Chicken Burger, albeit being small, still had that classic Dinemore taste, which was a rare plus. The beef however, tasted almost stale and the drink didn't taste like a Mirinda either. The cleanliness of the restaurant was abysmal so is the customer service. The servers act very fed up and has no pleasant or welcoming attitude towards the customers. The only reason I'm giving the restaurant two stars instead of one is due to the economic crisis that is beyond their control. But that is no excuse to mislead your customers, you should at least be upfront about it. Hope it improves...

Duwili Ella is located in the Neluwa Divisional Secretariat Division in the Galle District. Its height is about 25 meters. This is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the Sinharaja Rain Forest. The Sinharaja Rain Forest consists of 19 waterfalls, and out of these waterfalls, 11 are located in the Galle District. Pathanoya Fall, Hathbinna Fall, Malmora Fall, and Lankagama Kekuna Fall are several examples of these waterfalls.

Duwili Ella is situated about 8 km away from Neluwa town. This waterfall creates a misty atmosphere that looks like a dust cloud around the bottom. Hence, it is called Duwili Ella.

This waterfall consists of three stages. Also, there are available steps to reach the top of the waterfall. Two bathing ponds are built at the bottom of the waterfall. One is shallow, and it is suitable for kids. The other one is a little deeper, but it is safe. Also, changing room facilities are available in this place. Here, a fence restricts access to the ponds, and travelers need to pay a small fee to enter this facility. Me and my friends usually go here often and the food usually is filling and satisfying. We visited yesterday and we realized they have put the finagle medium bun for the submarine rather than the usual large finagle brand bun for the submarine. Before one of us can have one submarine and it usually satisfies our hunger, since they made the submarine with the medium bun it doesn't satisfy your hunger at all an for the same price LKR 510 plus. All these years since early 2000s dinemore was top since they maintained consistency and integrity when it comes to their trademark submarine, now so many years later in 2021 they did this and ruined our experience. For this reason alone I will not order from Uber or pickme nor will we go there for dinner again. I strongly recommend people not to go there since it is a ripp off now. Its a different scenario if they sell the medium submarine and large separately with the medium being less than 500 bucks but that didn't happen. I really wonder why they decided to do this to their loyal patrons, trust me word of mouth spreads like wildfire and I will be doing my part, unless you up your game dinemore.
