Hi, I’m Rimzan! I recently visited KFC in Peradeniya with my friends Arkam, Isuri, and Paarami, and we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was great – perfect for hanging out and enjoying a good meal together.

The food was absolutely delicious! The crispy chicken was perfectly cooked – crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also tried the biryani, which was full of flavor and really satisfying. One of the highlights was the chocolate milkshakes – rich, creamy, and super tasty. It was the perfect combo with the spicy food.

I had a very bad experience of seeing the cashier guy simply switching a piece of chicken in a customer's plate with a new piece of chicken from their hot box.

I was waiting for my pickup order to be prepared. I saw a woman dining at Peradeniya outlet eating on her plate. Suddenly, after a couple of minutes, she took her plate with a piece of chicken from her bucket & exchanged it with a new piece from the cashier.

I don't mind giving an exchange of pieces as per the clients choice. But what that cashier did was against their food safety policies. He simply took the piece of chicken from the woman's plate, and without throwing it away, he put back that to the existing hot box with other pieces of chicken and gave her a new piece.

What if that woman has Covid or any other disease? That plate was already with chicken bones and sauce, which she was eating. Is this the way you guys safeguard...
