Firstly, the level of customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic etiquette. They were rude, unresponsive, and showed a complete disregard for the customers' needs and concerns. It was evident that they were not trained in providing satisfactory customer service.
Additionally, the wait time for my order was excessively long. Despite a relatively empty restaurant, the staff appeared inefficient and unorganized, leading to extended delays. This lack of professionalism and efficiency only added to my frustration and disappointment.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the branch was severely lacking. The cleanliness of the premises was subpar, and the tables were left unattended, creating an uninviting and unhygienic environment. This negligence further reflects poorly on the branch and its commitment to maintaining customer satisfaction.
As a loyal customer of KFC, I expected a much higher standard of service from your renowned brand. The experience at your Kandy branch on that particular evening was far from satisfactory. It is disheartening to see such poor quality of service and disregard for customer experience.
