Gonuts With Donuts - Kirulapone (Head-Office) — Restaurant in Colombo

Came to Sri Lanka for a vacation after 4 years wanting to try the delicious gonuts donuts again. I checked the address online and it said it’s located in Castle lane, Colombo 7. We went there all the way from Kottawa but there were no traces of gonuts. I called the number on the website and explained that I’ve come to the address given on the website and then the person who answered told me that they moved the cafe to Marino mall in Kolpity. I was pretty annoyed with the misleading information on their website! Still wanting to buy the donuts we went to the Marino mall. There was a tiny donut shop in the food court. We went there and ordered the heart shaped donut for my little daughter and a few more for us. From the ones we ordered 2 were not available. After that what ever I mentioned they kept saying those are not available too. There were only 3 types of donuts! I paid for those 3 types and waited 20 mins to collect my donuts. Then the man looked at me and said the glazed donuts are not available too. I have already paid for the donuts so i was forced to select whatever was available! So that means there were only 2 types of donuts. Not even 3. I asked the man who served me, is this the only gonuts cafe in Sri Lanka. Then he mentioned that there’s another one in Maradana. When I called Gonuts contact number before when i was in Castle street, if the man who answered told me that their main cafe is in Maradana I would have gone there!!! I recently visited Go Nuts and Donuts Shop, and unfortunately, I was not entirely satisfied with my experience. As a dedicated donut enthusiast, I had high expectations for this place, but it fell short in a few areas.I was hoping for more unique and flavorful options to choose from. However, I must mention that the portion sizes were reasonable for the price, which is definitely a positive aspect.

The seating area was extremely small, accommodating only about five people without any interruption.They served donuts on common shared plates, which resulted in potential mess and inconvenience at the tables. POOR SERVICE and I would rate it as (-5). we ordered 5 deviled chicken , 9 chicken cheese and some donuts yesterday around 3.20pm and they said that it'll be delivered within 45 mints but the order was delivered around 4.45 which means i took almost 1 and half hours to deliver the order. when we called the delivery guy the number they have given was incorrect. once we received the order there were no deviled chicken chibos but instead there was 14 chicken cheese chibos even though the bill included the correct order.
