Challenging Experience at Il Reve 360 View Restaurant

Locating Il Reve 360 View Restaurant proved to be a challenge due to the absence of signage. With no parking available, we had to navigate through the rain to reach the 6th floor where the restaurant is situated.

Despite being on a balcony with the potential for a spectacular view, the nighttime ambiance made it impossible to appreciate. For a better experience, consider visiting in the afternoon.

Service was a bit sluggish, with a 15-minute wait for the menu. Ordering brought its own set of issues – my request for Pepsi was met with a substitute of Coke, served in a bottle without glasses. Basic cutlery and side plates were missing when my prawn starter arrived.

The main course, a mixed seafood grill, took over 30 minutes and arrived as fried seafood instead. A promised crab was replaced with more prawns, but only after I inquired. Sauce essentials like ketchup and chili required additional requests.

While the portions were small for the steep prices, the unprofessional service left much to be desired. However, as a form of compromise, we were offered two small chocolates at the end. Il Reve 360 View Restaurant may have potential, but improvements in service, communication, and portion sizes are needed to justify...

Today I had the pleasure of dining at Il Rêve, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The food was absolutely delightful, offering a diverse range of flavors that cater to various palates. I particularly enjoyed Le Cordon Blue, which was a culinary masterpiece that left me craving for more. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was a work of art.

What truly set Il Rêve apart, though, was the staff. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal, making us feel warmly welcomed. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations.

The restaurant's ambiance was another highlight. It exudes an elegant yet cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or a special celebration. The interior design and lighting contributed to a relaxed and intimate setting.

Overall, my experience at Il Rêve was nothing short of fantastic. It's a place where good food, exceptional service, and a charming ambiance come together to create a memorable dining experience. Lovely place overlooking the main road in the area, there are some indoor tables if you want to escape the noise and pollution of this or ones outside too. They greet you with a little drink and appetiser before you order which is really nice. There is a good range of options, we went there as we wanted vegan food which they do cater for. We got nachos, smoked corney (cauliflower dish) and a build your own dish with falafal hummus etc. had hoped there would be a dessert option but there wasn’t. If you’re not vegan the options sounded good. There was an “influencer” of some kind that came in and was recording the whole time which was very off putting and awkward for others. Not really against the restaurant but do wish people were more aware of others or they could have asked them to point the cameras in the other direction so not to have the other customers in...
