Lolami Cafe — Restaurant in Southern Province

Really nice looking store and cafe with ac indoors. However the food was not as good and much as the prices and photos might suggest and the service was not especially attentive but rather distracted although we were the only guests. Biggest downside certainly multiple cats and kittens basically jumping on chairs next to us, trying to grab our food and the staff not doing anything about it. Also as asked to do something barely invested in solving this issue. Definitely had a bad impact on our stay! Please look for a way to take care of cats without creating a need for them to come to guests.

Regarding the store: they have nice looking clothes, but it’s quite expensive and when you look at the tags you can sometimes read Shein. Not really a good...

The place looks fancy, bali vibes, nice AC The menu looks nice and lots of interesting things available The dishes are well presented

But, The food doesn’t taste great, very plain. The prices are insane. You are paying 4 euros for an iced coffee. Not sure what the strategy is here, but it’s definitely not sustainable long term.

Basically, the margins don’t need to be that high. And with some more flavor the food...

A really cozy Russian guy-owned cafe with a neat atmosphere and amazing service! Loved the settings, tableware and inner design in general. The staff was welcoming and spoke great English, quick with service. A quiet corner for some me-time or peaceful moments or work meetings (hopefully, no one does that in Sri Lanka 🫢)
