Mannar Kiribathgoda — Restaurant in Western Province

Purchased and tried their sea food five potion 02 family packs on 18/11/2023. But the experience was not that good. Potion wise the size and the content are overall good and enough for 08 person. Content also filled enough but as the seafood has only prawns and fried fish. Felt they are too dried as well. Unfortunately non of the family member enjoy the meal as the taste was not that much expected, too much salty taste. Sause and gravy are good enough. I request for only the sea food without chicken as few of the family members does not like to eat chicken. But after waiting for about 40 mints they had prepared me 02 family packs of sea food with chicken🤷‍♂️ Appriciate if you can send detailed watsapp msg or appoint a common call center operator. Initially tried to order/inquire over the phone, but the girl who answered not that much supportive and asked me to reffer their FB page for offers,prices etc. (Noticed that she is too busy as she is taking orders and cashier tasks as well) Further if the food preparing personnel least wear mask . Dont know about their other branches hope they are keeping better. Limited parking space in front.

Updated 20/APR/2024, ordered their four portion briyani fried rice via pickme foods to Wattala area. (Offer at shop is Rs.1500 and pickme foods offer show as Rs.2000 without delivery charges) mannar staff/operator said they dont know the reason. Received the order at expected time. But unfortunately again bad experience with it. Rice is raw and meat quantity is very low. 🚫Will not visit/order again, worst food experience ever had. Only show off via social media...

Don't ever experience food from this place. We used to go to Mannar Pannipitiya and the food is extremely good hence we ordered from this branch through Uber eats expecting the same presentation. We ordered 2kg double beef rice however the meat was just fried and it was sufficient for only one person though the rice enough for 3 individual.

I can give only zero rating for this. Even though I spent Rs 4500 for the food it's worth only Rs 1,500-2000.

Utterly disgusting this outlet. Definitely it will tarnish the good image of Mannar Pannipitiya main restaurant.

In addition to that it took more than 2 hours to reach the order. The rider said she had to wait for a long time to receive the order.

We ordered a Chicken Cheese Kottu from Mannar via the PickMe app around 8:30 PM, with an estimated delivery time of 9:45 PM. However, when the order arrived, it was a complete disappointment.

The kottu had a bad smell, indicating it was either spoiled or outdated. The quality was poor, with only carrots and a few pieces of chicken, and very little cheese. It was also dry and lacked the usual texture and taste. Previously, they mixed the chicken well with the kottu, but this time, it was just vegetable kottu with some chicken pieces on top.

It was completely inedible, and I had to go out again to buy food. On the way, I gave the kottu to a stray dog instead.
