Very wide area and nice atmosphere with good music. The staffs are so kind and they helped me out to choose the food and they point out about the dishes that they have. Good quality service. Food portion is normal size but I couldn’t finish 😺. Mostly they have beef and lamb few dishes are in chicken,fish and veg. You can find sweets also and they didn’t have the mojitos but they have it in the menu. Food is also good. But for me I normally prefer some spices so for me the food doesn’t match. But I love the potato fries and the white paste....

Let’s start with the good, food was fine and I would say if you’re in the mood for meat, and specifically the Turkish method, you will enjoy the food.
But the restaurant…nothing good to say. RUDE and disrespectful staff and we came there as 12 people, they REFUSED to put the tables together for us but did it for another group of customers next to us and there was ample space. Jag och min familj hade nyligen äran att besöka Sultan Palace i centrala Borås. Vår upplevelse var helt enkelt fantastisk! Från det ögonblick vi kom in möttes vi av enastående service och ett vänligt bemötande från personalen. Trots att restaurangen var nästan fullsatt, var servicen oerhört effektiv och personalen var otroligt snabba och uppmärksamma.
Maten på Sultan Palace var en ren fröjd för smaklökarna. Köttet var saftigt och perfekt tillagat, och kryddningen var välbalanserad och full av smak. Varje tugga var en njutning. Det var tydligt att kockarna på Sultan Palace har en genuin passion för matlagning och att ge sina gäster en minnesvärd gastronomisk upplevelse.
Det finns inget att klaga på när det gäller servicen. Personalen var professionell, vänlig och tillmötesgående under hela vår vistelse. De överträffade våra förväntningar och skapade en trevlig atmosfär för oss att njuta av vår måltid i.
