Pizzeria Casa Nostra — Restaurant in Eskilstuna kommun

Really bad and overly expensive restaurant, one of the worst restaurants I have eaten at in this price range.

For some reason, food is more expensive eating there than ordering takeaway from them, this alone baffles me. Antipasto, which was ordered, looked nothing like the photos in google Maps. Everything in that dish was store bought and not particularly fresh either, a 189 kr price tag for that is absurd, to say the least.

The menu for Daimn delicious pizza said marinated fillet of beef and homemade bearnaise sauce, both of which were not true. The beef was bland and tough without any flavour. The bernaise sauce was not homemade, as you could tell by the taste, and the pizza was overly oily, soggy, and bland. It's definitely not even close to a real authentic italian pizza. Such a pizza is unacceptable for 189 kr.

Husets pasta, which was ordered, was pretty tasty. Although we found a strand of hair in our pasta, it looked like someone's eyelash. We told the staff about it and they made us a new one, but gave an excuse and said that it was not their hair but it was hair from a mushroom, I am pretty sure that the mushroom doesn't have hair that looks identical to an eyelash.

Lastly, Tiramisu was ordered for dessert. When we got it, it was frozen in some places while being hot, almost at the point of burning hot in other places. This implies that the Tiramisu, for 129 kr, was frozen and microwaved and served, embarrassing from an italian testurant to not even serve proper italian dessert but a frozen mess which was not even heated properly. We have had tastier tiramisu from ICA than what we were served.

Service was none existent. We got served our menu, but the plates were never removed, and they never came up and asked if everything was to our liking, not even when we were paying at the register, the windows in the outside room where we were sitting were all dirty and not cleaned in what looked like months.

Overall, it felt like we had been scammed after...

Nice seating beside the river but a misstake with a beam in eye height... good food but you dont want it together with your appretife drinks especially not when sorted out with the staff before. Also same price for a Mojito snd a Virgin Mojito and in Sweden the liquor...

Very rude waitress. She said you order and pay front and I got the forks and knives myself and when another Swedish family came she served them properly and gave them menues like a decent place. Very annoying and unpleasant incident. Stay away...
