Matería — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

Love this café, always come here to work or hang out with my boyfriend. Has such a cosy vibe no matter the weather and always has this bustling and quiet atmosphere simultaneously which is lovely.

The salads are great, we have tried some of the cookies from various times that we have been that have been delicious. Even my boyfriend who says he “doesn’t like cookies” (I think he’s lying) said it was the best one he ever had.

Maybe as someone who grew up in Spain, I’m not so used to the taste of coffee in Sweden, but it is still good, I like getting the iced latte...

Här finns matiga sallader och utvalda sötsaker samt endel fruktiga specialdrycker. Inredningen är skolstol och kreativa vit D.I.Ysoffor av europpapall som möter prunkande grönt (största väggen har balkonger för storbladiga växter). Det är välbesökt men borden är lite för stora för små sällskap så det blir fullt men ändå inte fullt om det är många duos eller solofikare samtidigt. välj därför gärna en lugn tid om du vill sitta länge och för dig själv. Den varma chokladen om man som jag gärna tar det, görs på smältande chokladklubbor. I sötaste laget men smältchoklad istället för oboypulver eller essens sticker ut på.ett positivt sätt:-)! Lite klumpig disk och logistik när det blir kö och man kan då dra sig för att köpa till något samt att det kan bli lite stimmigt. Matería ska dock ha eloge för sina sallader och att de kanske nånstans med sina enkom fyrbord eller större istället för att separera fikare bjuder in till delning och nya bekantskaper. Although the chocolate chip cookies look simple, they are vegan and lactose free which mafe of bean. The bean and chocolate provide an unique flavour profile. Amusing. Moreover, if you like soft cookie, you definitely shouls visit this cafe.
