Tapasbaren — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

Me and my son were placed at a table full of dishes. We said we could wait since we would rather have a clean table, but the waiter insisted that we needed to sit down at the messy, dirty table anyway. Then we had to sit there and wait for her to clean and wipe the table. And afterwards it was wet. (I told my son to dry it up, when he complained, even if I agreed with him.) The staff seemed stressed and were not accommodating. They also complained that we were talking too low and did not seem to take us seriously at all. My son and I were wondering if they did not see or hear us. My son ordered meat, but it was raw, which made him not want to eat it. We complained and said we wanted it not to be raw. Then they came back with the same(!) raw meat one more time. It was still raw and they said they could not do anything more. The salad I ordered was supposed to be gluten-free (we asked), but I wonder if it really was, because I got stomach, throat and face ache afterwards. Then we were not allowed to pay until they had cleaned up and dried our table, although we were miserably tired of being there. We did not receive any reduction of the bill for poor...

Luffarbiff is the best item on the menu! Great place with friendly staff! I will def. come here regularly - and I don't feel that about many places around Mariaplan. The chef's choice is REALLY good value and def. recommended. Usually enough food for 2! Relatively small seating area so might be good to reserve on...
