Max Burgers — Restaurant in Gotland Municipality

One of the newest and modern Max restaurants I've eaten in but also the worst.

Firstly, the toilets were in horrendous condition - looked as though they hadn't been cleaned all day (this was 7pm)

The ketchup cups were all out, I had to ask for them to be refilled. One of the soaps were all out at the sink station.

The staff honestly all looked as though it was their first day, they didn't really have a clue what they were doing.

The food:

I had a double plant beef burger, one of the worst I've had. The patties were hard, not soft. I also had 6 vegan nuggets, again hard and dry. As if they'd been sat around for hours. I complained and got a replacement - these weren't much better.

After a day of cycling, it was bitterly...

The atmosphere was all right, I enjoyed my time there, it was quiet, cozy and peaceful. The chairs were a bit uncomfortable especially for a tall dude like me and especially due to the lack of any cushioning.

The food was okay, very different than the tastes I am used to at Similar restaurants like McDonalds, but the menus were priced very good and overall the quality of the food was good. I did not feel bloated or sick in any way after eating food from here and this is a plus because McDonalds or KFC always give me the stomach trouble, but MAX did not so kudos to them.

If you are looking for some fast food in Visby, MAX Visby is the place to go to especially since they are a Swedish native...

I have never seen a worse run restaurant, all categories included. Exterior seatings filled with bird spilling and birds. Floor and tables super dirty and disgusting. Over staffed but amazingly slow service. Waited in drive thru for 16 minutes without any progress and finally gave up. At the counter I kindly asked for at hamburger without dressing but with mayonnaise instead. Clergy woman stated unassuming and rudely that I would be charged extra for the mayonnaise. I eat at Max a couple of times every months but every summer when I visit this particular restaurant I don’t go to Max for 3-4 months after. Feeling dirty when...
