This newly opened restaurant has all the attributes necessary to make it one of the gems of Helsingborg. The location is great; just behind the wave-breaker of Öresund. The rooftop terrace commands a spectacular view of the straits and the beautiful Danish coastline in the distance. The interior decoration is perfect and strikes a superb balance between simplicity and classy. The ambience is smooth and you immediately get a sense of being relaxed as you sit down at your table. The menu is equally balanced between simplicity (cheesburgers) and class (filet of beef). The wine list is short but intelligently composed. Service is top notch without becoming neither pretentious nor paced. Finally, the kitchen and chefs deliver on all the expectations built up by the excellent initial impressions. Wonderful and attentive service and amazing food. We had the tasting menue, 5 course menue with big portions of delicious food based on fresh, local ingredients. Spotless service, super attentive staff who you can tell have a lot of experience in the business.

Food was good, large portions even on the small dishes, reasonable prices.

Location is superb, great view and a nice building. Some music, but not overwhelmingly loud.
