I visited this place by chance, since it's right by my hotel and since I noticed that exhibitions are free on Tuesday.
The city's history exhibition is incredible. Very detailed, with tons of interesting stories about the residents of Helsingborg and its surroundings that got me absorbed for hours even though I live nowhere near here. So rich in content and varied in media: images, videos, models and even AR. Every text can also be listened to, simply by scanning QR codes. Everything here is translated into English which makes it really accessible for all (except for the AR currently unfortunately...). Looks like the curators really put their heart and soul to it and it shows.
Other exhibitions included beautiful paintings of a local artist named Viktor Rosdahl and a cute one about the city's maritime heritage.
Overall, a very nice cultural space. Recommended for both locals...
