I’ve heard great things about the evening tapas at this place, but I’ve only tried the lunch today. Cozy atmosphere. Nice presentation of the food. Service was kind of rushing us, but they might be rushing customers in case the place fills up. Not a valid reason but might be a reason, though the place was empty when we walked in. We ordered the sirloin steak, which was completely overdone and dry. The sauce was incredibly salty, I needed much water after eating that sauce. Potatoes were underdone, needed maybe an additional 10 minutes. Very disappointed. I finished my meal as I was very hungry but my company simply couldn’t and left the plate. Side salad was a bit old and unexciting. However, the brownie dessert was very rich and delicious! But the star of the meal should be the main, not the dessert, and in this case, the main was the biggest disappointment. A company of five guys were sitting close and they were also struggling to get the meat down - it was very dry and hard to chew. Good food and great service, especially the lady serving us was super friendly. I wouldn’t recommend the paella, for instance, but the shrimp and the pork was very delicious. You must book a place for dinner, otherwise it might be very tricky to find a spot. The sitting arrangement was fine but a bit tight. So you need to squeeze here and there..haha. Generally nice staff though we were told the kitchen closes 10pm and when we wanted to order something at 21.35 we were told that the kitchen was already closed which was annoying as we’ve been told otherwise. Also the prices don’t always live up to what you get. Some dishes are waaaay to expensive. But again, nice atmosphere and a great place for dinner with friends...
