Seafood was plentiful. The crab and lobster was not seasoned too much. Must ask for butter, lemons and cocktail sauce as no condiments are on the buffet table or individual tables. Never figured out what they were calling gumbo as it didn't have a soup texture,.looked like corn (never in a real gumbo) a few crayfish sitting on top of sausage or potatoes. That was a disappointment as I was looking for a good bowl of it. Clam chowder was tasty yet it lacked potatoes or needed more and you had to remove the shells from the mussels that they used. If you have experienced a seafood buffet in Vegas, ate lobsters and shrimp in Boston or gumbo in Texas. The seasoning is not there. Having eaten here before I expected more robust flavors.
