We went there with my friend. She ordered a vegan burger, using English while pointing at the name of the dish. The burger came and it was clearly made with meat patty. She went to politely ask the waiter if the burger was actually vegan. The guy nodded ”yes yes” and she came back to the table to taste it. She tasted, I tasted. Yup it was meat.

So I went there to ask the guy what was up. I said in Swedish ”she doesn’t eat meat” and he answered bluntly also in Swedish ”well it’s a burger. What do you want me to do?” I took the menu and pointed the dish while saying ”no meat”. Then the guy started to yell at me that we should have told him, while he rushed to my friend to grab the dish from her. She is really sensitive and was crying while the waiter yelled at us before going back to the kitchen.

After a while he came back with a dry bun and vegan patty. No words (like ”sorry”), no smile. We ate, we paid, we left. I don’t know if the staff member / waiter / cheff(?) was having some personal bad day but this...

The crustacean salad is not very special but absolutely not bad and the prices are reasonable.

The Swedish crew is friendly but the boss is a grumpy jerk.

When the Swedish waiter asked me to come to the small kitchen corridor, where the beer fridge is, to point out what I meant with brown beer, (considered afterwards I meant dark beer) I opened it to show him a couple of bottles. Because most of the bottles have a brown colour, I couldn't see through the window of the refridgerator what beer was dark and what beer was blond.

I took some bottles to show him and then the (probably French) boss came out of the kitchen and before I had the chance to step aside to let him through, he growled "OUTSIDE!!" to me.

The Swedish waiter (who never drinks a drop of beer and knows nothing about this kind of beverage) said that it was his fault that I was showing him some bottles but the boss screamed something like "none of your or his business, he must outside!!!".

No more Restaurang Corsica...

We went to the restaurant a few times and we always got delicious food and great service. The prices aren't too bad and anybody can find there a meal they would like. We were talking to one of the employees (potentionally co-owner) and he was really kind and friendly. The place looks really nice,just it's a bit colder there during the winter. We love this restaurant and we would recommend it...
