Pleasant Japanease sushi restaurant. Food is served on a stone plate and the cutlery is high quality chopsticks. The atmosphere is soothing and the sushi good with fresh ingredients. Normal prices for a sushi-place but beware; when someone asks you if you'd like some tea, I don't expect that someone to bring me a one and a half liter kettle of green tea and sneak in an extra 35:-kr on the already pricy tab. A cup of tea should be included with the meal as is expected from their chosen epithet.

Read more[UPDATE] It's been a while and the latest experience sure wasn't good. Ordered ramen, was told that they had no more shiitake but more veggies can be provided instead! Shoot, that's a totally different dish. The bouillon - the very soul of ramen - was a downer, too, as was the response from the waiter. Bye, guys [UPDATE] Used to be Koji Sushi & Te, now just Sushi & Te but the quality is still very good and the new interior nice and comfy. Quite an array of katana and wakisashi on display as well! Read moreI ate only ramen or so it is called. First of all, the egg was over boiled. The meat was not from pork belly how it is supposed to be. The broth was savoury (what???), which is not how it is should be. Lastly, the noodles were not noodles but simply spaghetti and bad once. The soup itself was watery like you diluted it with something. Sorry guys, but you do not make ramen! Additionally the soup (Ingår one) tasted awful! Good luck with working on...
