I had dinner here and I was really disappointed. I’m vegan, so I asked if there was something on the menu that could be made vegan. They said yes, so I ordered the green burger as suggested. Since the potatoes included in the burger had butter, I asked if I could have a green salad instead of them. The waitress answered that she could put the broccoli salad. The thing is that when I went to pay she made me pay for the broccoli salad as a separate plate, so I paid more than I expected. I told the waitress that I hadn’t asked for a separate plate, but for a sostitution and she answered that there is an extra cost for changing the plates on the menu. Apart from the fact that she didn’t charge me with an extra cost, but the entire cost of the broccoli salad, it doesn’t make sense to say that one can’t change the plate. If I’m vegan and I can’t eat the potatoes you should say beforehand that you do not have options that can be made vegan on the menu so I’ll just go eat somewhere else. She was also...

I've eaten here twice now and enjoyed it both times.

Staff were always very friendly. First time, service was very slow (despite it being almost empty). Second time service was fairly prompt (despite it being very busy).

Both times the steak and pepper sauce were exceptional. Only thing that let this restaurant down was a lot of sides seemed to have been bought in and just heated up. The chips/fries and the garlic bread seemed like standard options you'd buy frozen in ICA and heat up. If everything was fresh and prepared in-house it would take this from a "good" restaurant to an "excellent" one. If you're paying restaurant prices, you want all elements of the dish to be fresh and high quality.

The staff were very friendly and totally made me feel welcome. Also the atmosphere was good & the drinks as well. The food was a little disappointing unfortunately. The first dish (fried shrimp) had no taste besides the cognac it was fried in. Also there were only 5 shrimp which were probably frozen. This in combination with a very large amount of liquid wasn’t really good. The main dish tasted good, the sauce was creamy and had a nice mushroom scent. The fries were crispy and I loved the dip.
